RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At BABYTOT, our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help — subject to the terms below.


1. Return and Exchange Window

BABYTOT offers a 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 14 days.
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

2. Acceptance-Based Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to BABYTOT approval.

  • Each request is verified and quality checked.
  • BABYTOT reserves the right to accept or reject any request.
  • Products not meeting conditions will be declined.

3. Return Collections

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories & freebies.
  • Must include proof of purchase.
  • Product should be properly packed to avoid damage during return.

4. Incorrect / Damaged / Missing Items

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Missing parts

Report within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/videos
  • Order details

After verification, we will offer replacement or refund.


5. Return & Pickup Process
  1. Email us at Support@babytot.ae
  2. Share order details + reason + product images
  3. Once approved:
    • Pickup will be arranged, or
    • You will be given return instructions

6. Exchange Process
  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for valid reasons
  • Size or product exchange is subject to stock availability
  • A new order will be created for the exchange

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Product is picked up / returned, and
  • Quality check is approved.
    Refund Details:
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

8. Charges and Deductions
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping may be charged unless:
    • Item is defective.
    • Wrong product delivered.

9. Offers, Combos & Free Products
  • If a product bought under an offer or combo is returned:
    • The entire combo must be returned.
  • Discount benefits or coupon values will not be refunded separately.

10. Important Notes
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted.
  • BABYTOT is not responsible for incorrect items handed over to courier.
  • BABYTOT reserves the right to enable/disable returns on specific offers or products.
  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
